Well. I'm still happy that someone made RISP skins. But do you know if you could upload the skin? I love the Caprice and RISP had a official video where they showed off their new offcial car (The Caprice) w/ a news team.

Where I live now (Skuru, just outside Stockholm, Sweden) you're lucky if a Ambulance responds to you within 10 minutes Now if you want the police you'll have to wait 15-20 minutes eventhough I have a local PD less than 5 min with car from my house... Edit: Police only responds same with a fire engine if the EMS crew requests one.

I know, I'm a late b-day present from ineseri He's the one who really supports me with my textures and feedback. Give him a medal or something anyways so far I'm loving LCPDFR, don't see why people don't like it

No wonder why I were comfused because they had stuff which I simply couldn't have or didn't have Really starting to love the support you can get on LCPDFR

The thing is that I'm using paint (the default on windows 8), is Paint.net a different version? I've made 2x textures earlier with paint and only had small problems/issues. And in the paint I'm using I can remove it or change the color just that the background which should be "invisible becomes a strange brown-ish color and the windows aren't transparent anymore

It's really simple, just change the name from police.wtd & police.wtf > noose.wtd & noose.wtf. And if the car flips easily or behaves weird use the handling line which should come with the vehicle download

Hey everybody! I've worked quite hard on a Swedish Police texture on BPM's BMW 330i MET. I'm almost done however a problem I have are the windows. On the front windshield there's two (2) dots which I just can't remove for some strange reason, same with the backwindos there's two (2) Battenburg reflexes which I either want to get rid of, or to change it to the right color for the texture. It's quite hard to explain the issue but it's not in the texture itself, but in a seperate thing which is called "windows". I use paint to create my textures and it doesn't seem to work since I can't have "invisible" stuff behind the dots & reflexes when I try to change the color. Please anyone who could help me or make it for me would really help me, and of course you'll get credit for helping me once the texture is released. If I ever use the highway Patrol I like to sit right there and just wait for those speeders, reckless drivers & red light runners. I guarantee you that you'll atleast get a red light runner every minute. Caution: Be carefull and alert where you pull over the vehicle, because a lot of vehicles will hit yours.

Don't cry about your internet, my "highest" download speed on Steam is 900 KB/S... And that's not even the top of the ice berg so to speak. When I started modding GTA I forgot to make a back up so yea, the game crashed and I had to dowload it again... Takes me an average of 16 hours to download it. Not the only problem, I'm broke too Anyone have any good recomendations about any good games out there?

If you make the car & lightbar I could make the skin, it'd be a good start for me It's not too hard to create it neither a low chance of me "failing".

This is pretty close to what you're looking for but a newer version - (Dowload - '&do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> ) If you're strictly looking for that "old-school" lightbar you need to find someone who can make it for you

Hey! I'm quite new to LCPDFR and recently starting to make my own skins. I know there's some Swedish PD stuff out there, only problem is that there's no 9-5, imo the best Swedish police car ever. There's a 9-3 Aero out there but the Police in Sweden never officialy used them like they used the 9-5. Now, if you wonder "what the .... is a 9-5?" Look at my "profile picture". It's a gorgeous police vehicle imo, not at the same level as the CVPI but its still a favourite. I think that it could be nice to atleast have a 9-5 model before the Swedish Police Department stop using them forever. As for where to find them (in a game) I have no clue, but you could make them from scratch. Now it could take some time but I'm here for atleast 80 more years. As far as it comes to the texture/skin (whatever you prefer calling it) I could make it. But you need to give me a template once finnished if you want me to do it, I've only made one vehicle texture without a template and I'll tell you, never again! Anyways anyone who'd be able to make a 9-5 with either the Standby "M-bar" (Preferably), the Federal Signal Vama or the (brand new) W1 "Larmbåge" would be great! Eh, the closest I could find would be a older version of it but you get a "unmarked/stealth", "Supervisor" & "regular" patrol skins + vehicles. - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> It might not be the exact thing you were looking for but I believe that's the closest you'll get.
