What is probably going to be in the update: - 5 Heists each with around 20 missions that accumulate to 20 hours of gameplay, crew members get payed for doing some of these missions while the leader doesn't. - A russian based attack helicopter, from the looks of it (I have a great eye) it can carry two persons by the side like the cargobob, after all the helicopter it's based off is a troop transport chopper. - A Huey based Army helicopter, with 3 miniguns two on each side and one under the nose. - A Technical version of the rebel. - Several outfits which are used on heists that can be unlocked according to the interview, so you don't have to worry about the cop outfit (Unless R* has a sudden change of heart) - The Karin Kuruma, both an armoured and a stock version based on a Mitsubishi Evo. - There's no signs of new weapons apart from a Flare gun and a thermite bomb.

GTA V doesn't lack ragdoll, the game has an updated version of IV's. It's the fact NPCs die a lot faster is the problem, shooting anyone once will still make them ragdoll around.

One of the things I like it's the fact that security guards are actually recognized as such and will help police .

Wait wait, how did they exactly look like? Also you can have them in IV, if you mod them.

Perhaps because they have to get some voice actors and pay them to do it? It's not like several other pedestrians in the game also lack unique voices, specially common ones. Hell i've even heard a male cop speak like a woman once. There's also the fact some variants and other things aren't ment to be there or are reused. Some examples are how highway traffic officers either identify themselves as Highway patrol or LSPD and the latino LSPD cop who has no unique voices so he loads any random voice including female ones.

Tear gas, batons, riot shields (Netman's find), the Police riot truck, hell there's also a smoke grenade version of the grenade launcher, this could become a riot simulator.

Welp, I already hate the recorder. He doesn't even know what the hell he's talking about, there's was a car on fire a couple of streets and he accused the police of not responding and all being their fault when more so it WAS A POLICE CAR and police were already on scene. People make no fucking sense.

In real life it would be the Michigan State Police, in a game it would be the Nork Yankton State Patrol (they're the only state police agency to have their own vehicles unlike some *cough* SAHP *cough* ASP *cough* damn that's a nasty cough)

I was actually watching a stream the other day and the game looked sublime and very detailed, however every video in youtube tends to make it look washed out.

They also gave the buffalo a new paintjob from what I can see, however the Interceptor still has the livery with the LSPD's POLICE font. (Credits to SimsDaniel916 from the GTA forums)

I'll tell ya this: The belt acts as a task accessory, a task accessory is an object that the pedestrian will spawn with when the game wants him to spawn with it, there are two versions of the belt in the next peds: s_m_y_sheriff_01 s_m_y_hwaycop_01 s_m_y_cop_01 s_f_y_sheriff_01 s_f_y_cop_01 The first version has a gun, and the second version has an empty holster. TLDR: Yes, they are static object animations.

Well in my honest opinion I think LSPFR, seeing that the LSPD is the main department in the whole game just like the LCPD is.
