All the three characters have firefighter outfits, but only Franklin & Michael use it during the Fire crew approach for the Bereu Heist. + Both Michael and Trevor have Paramedic decls in their player files, but none of them have an uniform, Michael has a pair of latex gloves though... Interestingly enough, the old Police computer is still in the files with the LCPD Logo and the colour scheme, there are also body/blood effects for herpes, cuts and band-aids. Notes: The paramedic decls has a firefighter badge and LSFD patches on both sides, unlike NPCs who have hospital patches. (Unused hanging card for Dave, there is also a clip card) (Marine 0_2, a Military general, has 3 head variants and two upprs. not Police related but still interesting enough)

Credits to Sprue from the GTAforums: - Both Michael and Trevor have unused LSPD outfits, these despict rather early versions before the Navy blue cops were implemented. Note: This are Michael's part, probably a reason as to why the dutybelt acts as an accessorie.

Adding some more: N.O.o.S.E operatives were probably ment to be the LSPD's swat at some point, eirlier screenshots showed them with a dark navy blue outfit and a patch in grey that resembled the LAPD's. The scanner also identifies them as SWAT when dispatching (well they're technically a swat team anyways...). There are unused FIB agent models which can be used in the capture creator, there is also an FIB variant of the Frogger (Trevor owns this variant, but with the graffiti extras on it) it is all black with FIB written on the back on both sides. It seems that Police officers also used Carabine rifles in eirlier stages.

One of the things I can confirm for ya' is that cops definetively used batons, as rarely they will drop a baton after being killed in certain occasions. It also seems they were indeed going to use tazers as a line from the scanner is giving authorization to officers the use of that non lethal mean. Beta LSPD officers used the same body as County Sheriff's deputies, a reason as to why current LSPD officers don't go with the females in their uniform. @Edit Sorry for the double post, I dont know what happened.

I've been screwing around with the capture creator and I noticed that there are armoured FIB peds that are not used anywhere else in-game, will you rig those aswell?

I always thought about re-enacting the intro from S.W.A.T in the Vinewood bank.

There is also a ladder variant which could be turned into a ladder truck. In total there are 3 variants of the truck, plus there is the LS water and power boxville that has lights you can turn on, which could be turned into a hazmat truck.

Sorry for the late response Banana. I didnt get close enough pictures but they do the work, these despict the african-american variable. The coast guard pedestrian only has two heads, white and black. This heads have different variables such as mustaches, beards, etc, etc. The seal reads: ''United States Coast Guard''. Bonus: The pilots have a ''civilian'' (All police equipment, seals and the word ''police'' are removed'') variant, and they also have other skins colours such as white and black, apart from the caucasian guy we are normally presented. The police variant also comes with a badge and ocasionally a dutybelt that has a sidearm.

The coast guards arent really hidden peds. They can be seen at the shores of the LSIA and Blaine county. They're spawned and they dont appear in the wanted level system. Its kind of a shame. There are also pedestrians that cover the same proffesions as in IV, such as doctors in suits or scrubs and nurses that actually spawn outside the St. Fiacre's hospital.

There arent any actually black deputies. There are coast guards ped models that have an african-american variant that could be used for the deputy sheriff deputy model.

I hope the whole casino thing comes with it, I also noticed the ''Flow controller'' thing. A special ability maybe? And if so, for who?

I was talking about the NPC troopers, if you look closely it says LSHP instead of SAHP.

If you read closely on the patch instead of saying San Andreas Highway Patrol it says ''Los Santos Highway Patrol'', somehow I think the Deputies were perfectly made. Also while watching the AI in godmode I noticed that LSPD female cops are bugged. I hope the PC version can fix most of this or an update.

No. What im trying to say is that the LAPD rather focuses manpower on places with a higher crime rate, thats why you might see officers commonly patrolling in Davis and Strawberry rather than Rockford Hills or Mirror Park. Also they have to cover more square miles but are lsser in numbers, therefore in rich places it depends on a call, however in the Ghetto its a different story as you are commiting a crime a random cop car might pull up from an alley or a deserted Street. Also I took a pic of a Vapid Cruiser doing a roundabout near the General Hospital (Dah Coroners office).

I dont have a problem with Police officers not patrolling, afterall its LA. There is a huge difference when it comes to the number of units patrolling between LA and NY. However my biggest grip with the game is the liveries and how inconsistent most of the agencies are, I mean the Sheriff Granger just goes out of place with the patrolling White Sheriff's car, also the LSPD uniforms. Women have their badges rightly coloured after those of the LAPD, however their uniform is rather of a generic blue while males have the right colour that being navy blue but their badges are just silver. Lately I've been exploring the ammount of detail that went into the game and i've gotta say its amazing, even a lot more than IV when you take your time to look at how dynamicly the world Works around me. However I still gotta agree that R* screwed up in some deps. like interiors, there are files for Burger shots and Clucking bells but I think they slashed those out for the 24/7s.
