SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korea threatened Thursday to bolster its war capability and conduct a fourth nuclear test to cope with what it calls U.S. hostility that led to the approval of a landmark U.N. resolution on its human rights violations.

I'm quite aware that is making fun of his father, but it still applies. 

His party just doesn't respect him. That's all North Korean leaders do, once they have the power they threaten everyone with their nuclear power. But they don't do anything at the end, it's just to be respected in their own party and country. Fear keeps people in place.

Kim Jon-un is like the fat nerdy kid in school who wanted people to notice him, and these blatant BS nuclear statements reinforce that view.

He says he will do it. He won't.

I've always though of the possibility that he actually does send a nuke. It's kinda scary...not really 

He's trying to show his power to is people....the Citizens thought Kim Jong ill was "god"....and now since he's dead, Kim Jong Un has to show he's powerful so no one will question him.
