2 edited versions of GTA V Vapid Police Cruiser by Sam and Lt.Caine - one with default GTA V lightbar, and the second one with MX-7000 by F5544. Both versions have GTA V styled liveries, GTA V pushbars and correct lighting setups.

Both archives contain 4 LSSD White skins and 8 extra skins - 4 LSSD Black & White and 4 LSPD.

- Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.

- Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate models, and at the end of those lines add +livery.

Description below:

Edited version of GTA V Vapid Police Cruiser by Sam and Lt.Caine to resemble a California Highway Patrol/San Andreas Highway Patrol. It features a FS Vision lightbar edited to semi-match the one used by CHP, a CHP pushbar by freakingmusket, grimm, reckless and Sgt.Kanyo and SAHP liveries designed by Ekalb and edited to match this model.

 

Archive contains 4 SAHP skins and 4 extra SAHP white skins.

Been thinking.

 

I don't see much use for a police bike in my game, so I've always used a car in the slot. However, the PoliceB slot has a different lighting setup, which slightly throws things out of whack.

 

It's not a big deal, but finding a vehicle and lighting setup that could be optimized for it.

 

PoliceB has the same setup as FBI.

Actually, no. It works with up to 6 lights in a non-standard setup.

 

I use Ekalbs Edge Buffalo as policeb since it works best. The only issue is that his two back lights are color-switched on the lightbar, and the back deck lights don't work at all.

Oh, I didn't know that.

 

Well, I could try and make a car with 6 light setup for you. Which model would you like?

Hmm... Keeping the Buffalo, maybe the 2nd Gen FBI with two more lights (front window?), or a Streethawk or any four light lightbar could work (four on the bar, two grill/back deck).

Bravado Buffalo 2nd Generation Slicktop/Unmarked

 

Description below:

Lt.Caine's ELS Buffalo modified to non-ELS slicktop, with 3 new liveries made using Abraxas's source files.

It's compatible with textures for Buffalo 2 Vector-Type (ELS) R01 (BUF2 V1.8) (by Lt.Caine) (liveries from that mod included as optional).

There are two versions of the model included in the archive - grill lights (default) and rear view mirror lights (optional).

If it's used in any other slot than fbi, all 6 lights (grill, rear view mirror and rear deck) will work. If it's used in fbi slot, 4 lights (rear deck and grill if using grill version or rear view mirror if using rear view mirror version).

Yard1, you will be the God Pony Emperor of Texturekind, if you make some Alderney skins for those Buffalos. Pleaaase! :D

Indeed he is... God, what am I gonna do, I can't use them all! Hope those models aren't too 'heavy', so they could be used together...

CVPI models have about 8 - 10 MB. All my models (and other vanilla ones) are smaller than 1 MB, so you should be fine :)

A shorter version of an original GTA V Granger modified by Thundersmacker and DLer. I have mapped it and modified to LCPD version, with a FS Vision (by Lt.Caine and Sam), antennas, prisoner divider and a pushbar that appears 50% of time.

Description below:

A pack of 1st generation and 2nd (GTA V) generation Buffaloes in SAHP setups. There are two versions - one with Whelen Liberty and the other one with FS Vision. There are extra white skins included (4 per generation). All Buffaloes have a 50% chance to spawn with a Go Rhino pushbar. Original livery design by Ekalb.
