The Paleto Bay map only loads when you're on duty and the plugin is running. The vehicle spawns don't work properly at the Paleto station, but should appear at the other locations. They may not always show up 100% of the time, especially if you teleport to the location. Drive up from a little ways away and most of them should spawn most of the time.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue where when I exit the driver seat of the any of the dlc boats I can't re-enter the drivers seat; I just very quickly glitch back to wherever I was standing

This is likely caused by a vehicle script mod like Better Vehicle Actions or More Control V. Try disabling any mods like that and see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you very much for the quick reply, this has resolved the issue.

I probably installed something wrong but when I start the game up it instantly crashes

You probably did. Go through the steps outlined on the first page of this thread, and fill out the support template if you're still having issues.

Solved

Weird issue I am having after a full fresh install. Vehicles load perfectly and are great, no crashes, and ll seems to be there, but cannot open the menu with the bracket key, and CalloutManager skips Coastal Callouts in the list. Did I miss something?

What were you doing when the crash/bug occurred? No Crash Detected

Did the game crash to desktop, or did the plugin crash? No Crash

Does the same crash or bug happen consistently? If so, describe the steps to reproduce the issue. As indicated, I just loaded the game, Coastal stuff appears to be there, but Callouts cannot be generated. 

Upload a copy of RagePluginHook.log from your main GTA V folder.

Upload any relevant in-game screenshots.

It looks like you need to copy over the version of ParksTools.dll that came with the Coastal Callouts download. The version you have in your GTA V folder is outdated. 

It will not work with my rage plugin hook, Every time I try to use it my rage plugin hook stops responding.

Try increasing the plugin timeout in the RPH settings to 60000. If that still doesn't work, post your log.
