Update: After further investigating, I unchecked vehicles in the Costal Callouts grouping in LML and left everything else checked and it seems I do not get the crash. I'm not quite sure what would something in vehicles cause this issue. Are any of the vehicles dependent on other mods? Seems i do not have this issue anywhere else on the map. 
 

Update2: I'm attaching my vfs.log and modmanager.log, the crash always happens when the lost mc peds spawn at the location. If they do not spawn the crash does not happen. I'm not sure why Costal Callouts would conflict with these ambient peds (g_m_y_lost_01 Hash: 0x4F46D607,  g_m_y_lost_02 Hash: 0x3D843282, and g_m_y_lost_03 Hash: 0x32B11CDC) at this location as they have spawned previously in other locations on the map and had no issues or crashes. Noticed this WRN towards the end of the vfs.log:

 

Update3: I believe I found the issue, the Forklift spawning in game is causing the game to crash at this location, This doesn't happen at LSIA so im perplexed, but after removing the forklift files, and carvariation and metas Im not getting any more crashes.

That is very strange - thanks for the detailed report. So you've narrowed it down to the forklift spawning in that specific location? I will see what I can do to investigate.

You probably have a mod like BVA or More Control V installed which overrides the enter/exit vehicle key. Try removing that and see if it works.

LShift + * should put the victim and player on the hoist with the streacher or Hoist

This is caused by installing a bad version of the vehicle_mesh shader that is included with some graphics mods. Try replacing update.rpf/common/shaders/win32_40_final/vehicle_mesh.fxc with the original file. 

So my coastal callouts was working before and after the newest update then the other day I went in and went on duty without updating any off my game files and when I go on duty non of the blips show up and I can't access the Coastal Callouts menu, I've reinstalled all Coastal Callouts files including plugins and even attempted to update my LSPDFR and game thinking that might fix it

If you need any logs or anything to work out whats going on i'll send them just let me know

• Responding to an yacht fire call. And once I got about 200 meters to the yacht, LSPDFR crashed, but the game didn't. It crashes when responding with a boat and with a helicopter.
• Did the game crash to desktop, or did the plugin crash?
• The LSPDFR plugin crashed.
• Does the same crash or bug happen consistently? If so, describe the steps to reproduce the issue.
• Yes, it happens every time I respond to the call. No matter if I warp to the call and if I don't.

• Does the same crash or bug happen consistently? If so, describe the steps to reproduce the issue. Yes. Upon launching the game, the regular 'Loading Story mode with Ragepluginhook' shows for about two slides [of the loading photos], then, the game crashes to the desktop
• Upload a copy of RagePluginHook.log from your main GTA V folder.

You need to fill out the "need help installing" version of the support template if you are having game crashes at startup. Most likely if you had it working previously you just need to update to a new gameconfig for the recent new game version.

I will investigate this issue, thank you for the report. 

I just arrived at Paleto and went to the Water Station where boats are kept but it was gone, the logo was there but the building wasn't.

None of it crashed.

Everytime I start GTA it's still not there, it happens every time.

No Screenshots since i ain't in GTA rn

You either didn't update wardrobe.ini, or you aren't on the matching version of EUP.

Most likely bad configuration data for Ambulance. Note the previous log entry "[WARN] Invalid vehicle or ped data for Ambulance". It will also display a help box informing the user about the issue. So @Jakub0408 your ambulance agency seems to have missing/bad entries for its peds or vehicles.
