Just to make it clear. This version was mainly focused on compatibility with older ScriptHook. I added news, stats and collecting evidence from bodies because these features were already in development before I decided to make it compatible. That's why it was rushed and still may have some bugs.

Keep passing the bug world two peds fighting event, when pressed repeatedly "E" first surrender and then run away, when you reach those at the shackles immediately puts them.

I'll try to test it more. I guess what you are trying to say is that you arrest first suspect and then when you arrest second one, the first one runs away.

how does the news feature work? does it update every so often or what?

Every time you start the script (not device, the whole script) it checks XML file on my server. If it is newer than the one saved on your drive it will update that file and show icon in PoliceHelper device notify bar. I'll update it form time to time.

I don't think I mentioned that I removed the METT script, but nothing changed. Yes, it does happen everytime I try to use the bait car menu. If I do not use bait car I never have the issue with the police helper becoming in/op.   I am by no means a computer expert so I have no idea what the last 2 lines in the log mean. Perhaps a graphics issue??  Thanks again for your support!

There is nothing interesting in this log.

 

I had users before with that problem, but not more that 2. I'll add few lines of code and send you it to test. One thing I'm worried about is that hideout scenario may not work with that workaround. You'll have to test it by yourself. By not working I mean the thief will eventually lost his way and drive into a wall or something like this.

Also, may i "request" a way to toggle it on/off completely? Because when i play story mode and forget to turn off random events, it can get quite hilarious when a story character get hit by some drunkard xD

I know you reduced the level of arson calls in this version, but in the latest and the previous after hours of playing with it, i am yet to have that specified call.

would there be any reason this hasn't happened yet?

It's not a dumb question. Did you read news about arsons in News "app"? There are some hints. It is rare event as it needs parked car, ped near it, late hours, bad neighbourhood and no police around (except you). Criminal damage and robbery are rare too. 

 

Of course if anyone have ideas for events that are possible to make (events , not callouts!) I'd be glad to add them (if I can).

I did read it and i did do that just keep getting other events like- someone needing medical attention, fighting, shooting (sometimes) , robbery's, drink driver etc lol

To be fair the fire event isnt a majour issue for me but would just love to do it lol

Would it be possible to have a event with broken down cars with a chance of it starting a fire? or broken down buses so i can use the other features of your towing mod?

Just an idea though people might not like it or want to see it...

 

However saying all the above i have to say i have the upmost respect for you, and truly admire your work, you have become a scripting legend and the enjoyment you have given to all of us is truly amazing, and i would also like to say i am extremely grateful for all you have done and are still doing :o)

Alpha should work well. For now I have seen one user that was unable to run alpha, but 1.0b is ok for him. I hope he will help me to solve this.

I shot a guy, called ambulance. They came, checked him and left without the body. Was that some other scenario where they took the body with them?

I just realized I had removed METT while using the last version of PH, and hadn't put it back in when the latest came out.069.jpg

 

They leave bodies now.

Ah, I still found a situation when they remove them. If the person is alive but dies when they treat them, the body is removed.

 

I came here to post about this as well. Guess I'll just confirm that this does happen and I would like them to leave the body and maybe say to call METT.
