Revert game versions until AB updates it.

2. delete - ScriptHookV.dll

When I used that, It loaded GTA And LSPDFR but when I go on duty it crashes. 

For the record, ScriptHookV is not needed for LSPDFR to work.  You can remove SHV and still play.

Its working but els not working

You won’t be able to use some mods though.

It may seem slightly unorthodox, though there is an alternative solution.

Is it normal for this to cap your FPS to 30?

I wake up , during the coffee check the lspdfr forum: D, don't tell me they haven't updated it yet? at this point I want to wait for the update, needless to remove scripthook, so as not to have certain mods then, and ruin it a bit, I will remove it if the thing becomes drastic, I thought that for Monday I will update it?

you can follow these steps to revert game versions and make scripthook playable with current rockstar launcher

This is a hard revert so first revert from rage then do the article steps and you will be able to play with scripthook

I'd say average is probably around a week. Hopefully that's all that's wrong with mine I'm stuck on a infinite look of rhp saying "waiting on steam..."
