I'm having issues with police3 not changing, tried sheriff and police etc they all change but i have replaced all police3 model files with a new model and it doesn't change in game, have been through all the files in openIV and searched for them and when i open them they show the new model but in game it shows the old model..so confused. 

So after ages of messing around a week ago i managed to get LSPDFR working again, my GTA just updated today by itself and now i have game version 2628 and surprise surprise its not supported, looking in game backups none of them are supported...any way to botch it to make it work still or downgrade? its so annoying i'd rather just not have GTA updating until i want it to than it auto update and then i cant play LSPDR for however long it takes to update things.

I was about to make a post with the exact same issue, finally got it working and crash free by updating the update.rpf in open IV and completely turning off my antivirus and firewall and it worked, now having to figure out why its being blocked when GTA V is allowed...

If VisualV doesn't work for you for this reason you can also try VisualVanilla https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/visualvanilla

Check that the following settings are high or above:
PostFX Shader Quality Shadow Quality If this doesn't change anything go to the visualv.oiv file and rename it to visualv.zip 
This will allow you to see all the files that have been changed. You can then replace these files with the vanilla files of the game : D (trusting you did this in your mods folder)

i don't think so, installed same vehicles in patchday 22 and 23.it must be an els problem because once i had 1 model with similar problem with one vehicle, the problem was with els,

We could add this as a filter -- but it doesn't do anything for our existing files. We might something to announce soon regarding a new community tagging system that could fix some of these shortcomings.

You're better off putting in common car names used by British agencies such as BMW, Vauxhaul, Mercedes, Hyundai, etc. Also look on GTA5Mods, lots on there too.

This is loosely based/styled/stolen off of a thread by @TheUniT found here, similar stuff applies (wont be as huge, might or might not add, etc)

Its not a complete list of available mods etc. I have missed/forgotten stuff. My eyes glazed over at points and i may or may not have fallen asleep and scared the cat.

Also, what do you as British players want? Peds, Vehicles, scripts, callouts etc?

You change the Peds.rpf stuff, Look on Youtube, May take a few Tries, Also theres not much UK Sirens, Mainly London sirens 😕 Search UK Police Hazard Siren
