As you can see, almost every time a callout is accepted, you see a line immediately following or preceding the callout response, saying "Did CalloutManager_AcceptedInternal <calloutname>". This exposes the callout name even if a friendly name is used, and of course doesn't look great. @LMS @Cyan

    That's slightly awkward.  I'll see if we can just omit the area name there as it's not needed I suppose.
