    Thanks for the help, being that I have posted this two months ago, I ended up solving the issue by  remaking my entire mods folder and testing things one by one , making sure my plugins and such were up to date, and now I usually just have the typically LSPDFR crash every now and then, which I can live with.

    iv said it once ill say it again peter u callouts has bugs... i will not use it ... cost me a day of reworking files to get back to where i was....  it may work for some but windows 10 i dunno cuz thats what i use......     i suggest    assorted callouts  crazy callouts  tacco highway callouts  united callouts never gave me a prob..    but i cant find it now..
    One major problem that took me days to figure out i had downloaded lspdr+ but it was the version for 3.0....  so check everything...

    Does this LSPDFR 0.4.1 automatically update when we launch LSPDFR or do we have to install this new LSPDFR update on a brand new clean GTA V?
