Today I decided to patrol out of the city, so I went to Sandy Shore's police station and I went on duty. But I couldn't dress my character like an LSSD officer. For LSPD I can choose "The Cop", but for other agencies I can only wear civilian outfit. Why is that happening? Is there any way to get an LSSD uniform?

 

Edit: Same with FBI and SWAT.

I haven't found any solution but I realized that we can play as a default character meanwhile

You can only use an LSPD uniform with customized freemode characters because that's all that exists within GTA V. LSPDFR did not implement any additional models or textures and only offers what is natively available.

 

What I use is a clean installation of EUP and EUP Outfit Settings for LSPDFR 0.4. This allows you to select additional uniforms as you otherwise would. You can find the latter below:

For some reason the LSSD and other police uniform look like were not able to wear in 4.0 but i got some custom uniform that make you look similar like a LSSD first go to LSPD uniform skin set to "The Cop" then go to then go to the component option with is right above the "Confirm" load out and go to first one and open the menu you will see 11 menu for "Component"

 

For the LSSD uniform set "Component 3" to "19".

                                                  "Component 4" to "10"

                                                   ( If you were going for police motorcycle set "Component 4" to "37" which gonna gave you the same color pants like LSSD Shirt. )

                                                  "Component 7" to "21"

                                                  "Component 11" to "26 model 2"

After the basic Uniform for LSSD i got some hats and bikers helmet which we gonna go back to the menu where we click on to open the "Component" menu. And there will be a menu call as "Prop" we got 6 option here which can change your hat and you helmet and sunglasses.(you can also fine LSPD Police Hat in it.

 

For the LSSD Hat/custom set "Prop 0" to "25 model 2"

                                                           [ If you are going for police motorcycle set "Prop 0" to "17 model" (white color helmet up to you white or blue)" ]                        

                                                         "Prop 1" to "5" (This was for sunglasses you can chose which color depend on yourself. )
