Everything is working fine as I said in my first post. I just started a fresh vanilla GTA and made a new save. Then I started to install 0.4, els, modded vehicles, sirens and stuff. After that I launched GTA with Rph in forced windowed mode and it is running fine.

@Sam @LMS  How do you use the creativity option in lspdfr to make civilian cars police vehicles and add custom decals and agencies? Just reworded this.

Crashed for me on first startup, but works fine after that, albeit a little laggy.

 

It's got rid of all of my modded cars, sirens and the trainer, but it's still worth it because the features are amazing! Great work to Sam and the team!

So many graphic issues.( i have a fx with 8 cores and 4,2 GHz, 12 GB Ram, GTX 1050 with 4GB.) i play 0,31 version with normal 50 FPS) but in 0,4 not playable...)

and it's only LSPD Uniform with no Holster? what is that??

i wait a few week's and try it again... 

i have make a new Mods Folder and delete any Plugin, Script and reinstall everything.. 

i played with a fresh version of GTA 5😪

Still the same bs. I was pursuiting someone and called 2 units as backup. The followed me 1 minute and then disappeared. Also i was pursuiting someone and suddenly one random guy start shooting at us so i report the crime with B and the previous pursuit is just gone like WTF

Is it still necessary to use open IV to install modified vehicles? In another case, do not tell me that you do not have a companion, and if so, how is it done?

Same here, this update is pretty bad. i will most likley be going back to 0.3, also the backup uniforms have no badges or anything on them.

 

another thing that I do not understand, about the agencies and zones, that is, the agencies you have to download templates or something before adding them to the xml? Or just changing the names of the xml as it is indicated, an agency is created automatically with the zones programmed also in xml?

where are all the uniforms? ONly base LSPD works. I have EUP, do I need the EUP Menu too?
