How would I change the NOOSE/SWAT guys walking animation so they aren't always hunched over?

Use Simple Native Trainer, go to Model Spawning > Change Walkstyle or something like that.

And change it to whatever you like.

Inside the peds.ide file in commondata find the Noose line and find the move_@swat or whatever it says, change that to move_cop on both of those and save it, try your game and see if it fixes it, if not try again, that's how you do it without having to change it manually ingame each time.

I did exactly that, and in LCPDFR you cannot choose the character, it goes to the alderney trooper, then skips noose, and goes to the next one. And in my in game trainer you cannot load the model, it says loading timed out. Havent seen what happens yet when they spawn at 4 stars. Probably crash the game. Why didn't editing the .ide work?

Maybe you did something wrong or you just might have to use SNT to change it. Did you backup your peds.ide before trying that?

Yes, I always back stuff up. I backed up the entire GTA IV game folder actually haha. What is SNT?

Just looked it up, it's not the Noose line. It's the M_Y_SWAT line.

This is what mine is set to.

M_Y_Swat,  M_Y_Swat_p,  COP,  move_cop, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0,  move_cop, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, VOICE_PLY_CR,   VOICE_PLY_CR
