Hilarious phone scam attempt

Featured Replies

I had someone try and scam me once, he was like "Hi, i'm so and so (can't pronounce the name), our records show that you are having a problem with your computer " i was like, what...what's the problem??.." "Our records show that there is an issue with Microsoft " "oh, well, i don't even have a computer"

Lmfao, I also had a call from the "Windows Help Support" (surely would be entitled Microsoft Help Support instead), and trolled them at the event viewer. They said every single yellow & red exclamation was a virus, but I kept saying that I had none of those.

And to think people actually fall these scam's, one of my former bosses got phone scammed, they got his IP Address, Credit Card number's, Debit card PIN number, etc etc, he had to deal with the RCMP Financial Crime Division, had to take like 2 weeks off of work to get it sorted out, actually felt really bad for the guy

These videos are hilarious, especially when the scammers are losing their tempter.

I once got a call on my cell phone by one of these people. The guy claimed his name was Jackson, meanwhile he sounded like he was ripped right out of his village in India. LOL. He had me do the event viewer on my desktop, but I was running Linux at the time. (I have Win7 and Linux installed) So I went along with it on my laptop while playing GTA IV on my desktop. I ended the conversation after about 15 minutes of me pretending to be a computer retard. I ended it by saying that I knew he was a scammer and then blasting the Trolol song thru the phone at him until he hung up. LOL. This happened about 2 weeks ago.

That was brilliant. I'm so doing that when I get one of those calls.

I sat there and watched the entire thing to lol but it was worth it. Funny stuff! Like others have said I can't believe people fall for that stuff but if they get a older person or someone who knows nothing about computers I can see where they could scam those people.

I got one of those calls, and here's what happened:

Hi this is the windows support team, we believe that you have malware on your computer and we need you to type some numbers in the run box to delete it.

OH, YEAH! WHAT'S MY SEREAL NUMBER?!

Uhhh... Uhhh...

WHAT AM I RUNNING?

We cannot obtain that information.

WRONG!!! MAC OSX 10.6!

Lol

i had a british scammer lady call me and inform me that my ford f-150 was recently recovered from the bottom of lake michigan... ive never been to lake michigan, i never owned a ford f-150, and im not old enough to have my license to lose my truck in the lake!

so because of that i learned 2 sentences in spanish and french using google translate, so now anytime a scammer calls me i speak spanish or french, depending on my mood.

and it also helps with telemarketers. they call i speak spanish, they tell me theyre getting a translator, so i then speak french, then back to english. its now a game to see how many rounds i can go. my record is 6 2 of each.
