You can tell your parents or a school teacher director. Cant get on the right word.

Probably he just has a big mouth but he probably doesn't have the balls to actually do it, Don't be scared and don't let him know, you could file a report of threatening

This guy has been harassing me for awhile and I don't want to get suspended from school.

Well thats serious stuff, Report it to your school and tell your parents, And call indeed your local department what they can do for you?,

Bring some self defense with you when you go to school.

Don't panic buddy.

suspension's don't last forever, maybe a week, but if you don't do something he will walk all over you, i spent a majority of my school years out of school because of bullies, if they want to suspend you for standing up for yourself then fuck'em, but that's just me..

EDIT: Guess i'm not a very good example ;)

Right now it's he said this and he said that...they can't do much right now, if he starts to threaten you with witnesses, then you can do something, but not much you can do right now

That's not necessarily the answer, i should know better coming from personal experience not to even mention violence, however, sometimes it's needed cause if he find's out you ratted him out, he may actually come after you and you get labeled in school, i'm not one for caring about what other's think of me, but being a "rat" follows you around

I seriosuly want this guy out of my life, he basically wants to beat me up because I don't want to be his friend or talk to him.

So you're saying that rather rely on any of the proper systems that the school would have in place for this, he should definitely go and fight this guy? Most likely ending up with getting his ass kicked, suspended himself and then getting nowhere overall, limiting his future options if he wanted to actually do something useful about it down the track?

Speak to your parents. This shouldn't even be open for discussion.

No he honestly don't we used to be his friend and then he started stalking me and one other friend and he ended up sucker punching my friend and apparently im next,

Kick him OUT of school, so these f*ckers of the teachers can't do anything to you.

Or like has been said before, speak to your parents, head teacher, etc. In my classroom there happened few of these problems, finally the friend of mine who was being bullying talked to parents, or to the direction, or something so. Then, the head teacher (I think was the head teacher, I don't remember since it happened more than 4 year ago) gave us all the classroom hell, but they stopped the bully against him.

Or also you can do like I did the same year of what I've told you before, I kicked an asshole who had annoyed many people, me included, the last day so you don't have consecuences, in your case a problem since the next school year is about starting:P

*Picks up the banhammer*

Alright, where is this little punk?

On a serious note, go kick his ass. It worked for me, the teachers at my old school (this was years ago) did nothing about it after I told them fucking loads of times. Here's how it went down for me;

This real fat fucker had been harrassing me and my family for months, me being the quiet type back then, I kept it to myself and did nothing. One day, I just flipped. As I walked away from him he said something that provoked me to turn around, charge him and tackle him to the ground in proper COPS fashion. He was a large lad, quite heavy, around 5ft 8, I was a skinny kid 'bout 4ft. I pinned his ass to the ground and beat the utter shit out of him. Amazingly, I didn't get suspended but he sure as hell stopped after he knew what I was capable of.

Good luck getting this sorted buddy, Its a horrible thing to have to go through

I dont necessarily condone the violence but these guys are right but like slimory said the label of a "rat" does follow you around, but if you at least stand up and show some brawn maybe he will puss out and if not wait for that little fuc*er to hit you then wail on him. Thats what I did when I was in High School and when I won well I felt good but when I lost and you will lose some...they still left me alone cuz i fought back. Violence isnt always the answer but sometimes its the only way if you dont want your ass kicked and possibly hurt.
