Thing with that picture is that the handle bars on the bike look stretched and the upper part of the cops shirt isn't crisp in the picture while everything else is. It looks like it's been shopped to me. Who knows, though. Also plenty of overweight people join the academy and pass, so long as they can meet the test requirements. These people however, are morbidly obese, and got that way after they passed, as a couple of people pointed out earlier.

You don't know your Harley's..that's how they look when you take a shot from that angle as well when the bike is tipped to the left with the wheel left

I agree, I don't know my Harley's, but the background guy's belly and the blurred cop shirt still tell me something's up.

Focusing, camera focuses on the closer object

The guy's left and right part of the shirt are a mere few inches of difference, so that distance fuzz rule wouldn't apply and it wouldn't explain warping. I guess I can't rule it out, but that's pretty ridiculous. lol

Depends on the tool used to do it. CS6 is pretty damned powerful. Whatever, we're beating a dead horse here. Guy's fat.

Must have done this a few years after his old special. As he said I remember the top level being "dayum".

Village over, (~1500-2000 people) their Chief was at least 300lbs. He would make you walk back to his car on a traffic stop.

He was fired, but enough people complained and he got his job back.
