Converting the whole stuff to Gta 5 shouldn't take long. A few days maybe. But, my main focus is on the CHP Pack right now, the LASD Vic has to wait.

How about adding some keys on the steering wheel like CHP CVPI?and add antennas on the roof or trunk.It will be better

No it won't. LAPD crown vics don't have keys on the steering wheel. And a lot of unmarked LAPD vics don't even have visible antennas.

I like it a lot. I also hope the CHP CVPIs will get a light update and wheel position update as well.

I have no plans right now to update the CHP vics. I will definetly do it one day, but it has no priority right now.

What's wrong with the wheel placement btw?

They are sticking out a bit on the right side.

Also another thing with the lights is the parking lights' lower and upper part is not being reflected.

 

Sorry if this feels nitpicking, I really do enjoy these vics, but I'd love to have these fixed along with the taillights.
