The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Was there a vehicles.meta file included? And did you go through readme(s)?

    Correction Not dvl but EVL

    sadly EVL has been taken away by its author who used to be on here but quit the person's username on here was xplicit92 as far as I and everyone else know the file was hidden or taken away and the account was deactivated.

    there isn't much anyone can do about that.

    I have the source code for EVL before the "stable" version released by xplicit92 was done since I used to work with xplicit92 on EVL but as anyone will tell you on here sadly I cannot release what was someone else's work sorry even if there no longer on the site.

    My plugins by me are on this site in addition to my own site as well.
