The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I am also having problems with Rage.  Can't get past this screen:

 

"RAGE Plugin Hook has detected that one or more of its dependencies are corrupt, preventing it from starting:

LMS.PortableExecutable.dll

Do you want to redownload them now?"

 

I do the redownload and it doesn't seem to help.  Do I have to totally delete RageHook first????  Or delete LMS.PortableExecutable.dll first????  Maybe the download doesn't overwrite the current file.

Or help in the public support channels where others can benefit from your solutions.

    Distributing game files is not allowed by the forum, so it has to be done a other way sadly :/

    It's also completely illegal, but okay. You do you.

    Not to mention that it does also break Steam's rules.

    Yes, I know, but hey, we all love the mod and if R* doesn't let us we have to find a other way!

    Or you could have the patience to wait a few days, but of course we all need it to survive.

    I just got a message from Rage saying "GTA V patch v1011 has been released. We're working on support for this version."

     

    Hopefully they come out with this within the next few days! Til then, we just have to sit tight and appreciate all the work they do for us!

    You're best bet would be to verify game cache and if that does not work reinstall RPH
