When you press control  alt end you will get something that says which agency you are in depending  if you are loading an agency call out or not. Now for that you will need to switch your agency and if not than it may be the same case for whatever you are using. Hope I could help

maybe look into an issue before telling people to just reinstall?
 
Have you got a mods folder in your game folder? If so, have any of them modified .meta files at all?

Okay solved it. Go into open iv and go into youre mods folder and click edit mode and there should be something and green saying update your updates folder and than you will be fine

It was an update in Grand Theft Auto a while back and it was not a mod. You would play missions as well as other stuff. If you are talking about a mod that's different you may be able to find it on another website like Gta 5 mods. They have some stuff that we don't have and we have stuff they don't have so it's sometimes good to check those websites out.

I had the same problem. There  should be a folder in your directory called update. Try to install them through the there. It worked for me. Hope I could help

Unfortunately a mod won't help that.  I honestly am not to fond of hitting into the gates either because it scratches my vehicle  but yeah sorry man. I wish I could help you. 

Okay so I just fixed the problem. What I need you to do is uninstall all of the scripthook files. Go into Rage hook and change the plugin loader to only loading lspdfr on startup. Anything else as far as plugins you can just load when you get in the game. Good luck.
