I could guess this just happens sometimes, like shift will stop signaling people to pull over.
YOU COULD TRY the F4 console and look for clean world. its good to do this every once in awhile. if you've been playing for awhile it cleans things up. I would see no peds in cars I knew it was time for 'clean world'  you know how to find that in F4 console?

it says for next page/previous page use Left and Right.  Left and Right??
What keys are Right and Left??  arrow keys don't work. the little carrot keys  '< >' don't work . wth is it?

I don't know whats the deal with all the Police cars show up at end of calls, get out an walk away, abandoning it. Cop car remains there entire time Im playing. 10-15-60 mins later I go by there on another call an theyre STILL THERE!
I went thru plugins and any automatic backups or like that I put false, but still happens.
'cleanworld' doesn't get rid of them. If it did that would be great.

Police4, but you can change it to what you want in the backup.xml

did you recently add any callouts? may be conflicting with that key.
do you know how to read the RageHook crash report?, it will tell you what caused crash. post it here.
 

see this? SlimDX is a dll file in game folder, seems to have caused prob. are you on Steam an can do  verify game files?

Could be that there just isnt enough space for the system, to create another temp file.

nono not that just LSPDFR crash with a million errors left side of screen an bleeps. no.
 ITS CRASHING suddenly to desktop WHEN its loading and just past the ligts, sirens, gunshots, and the socialclub bs comes up in upper right corner telling every1 youre name is online, and how many friends online..etc. righ there- boom desktop, rage spits up a crash report and game pops a crash error

Try deleting all your files from your temp folder

Ok, it looks like this may be caused by DirectX or Direct 3D loading textures. Make sure both of those are up to date. Completely erase them and reinstall them
 

Run it again right now and then immediatly post the RPH log
 

So when is this crash happening? What exactly happens? Doe sit say fatal error on loading screens and then the LSPDFR plugin charshes like 1000 times?

I use Windows 10. Are you using custom loading screens?

Mine works perfectly. I'm not great at reading logs, but I didn't see anything in yours that points to a specific plugin or anything.

try this one too if that one doesn't work

Impressive, mine is less than 2GB

Just wait till the temp files are gone from both those folders, and go from there. 

I'm not sure what those are, I dont save anything to the cloud.
Please read through the whole post up until now, all of this has been done many times over.

Just making sure, thats one of those things that everyone posts to the forums about.

When you get a free moment can you go to the run command Windows Key + R and type in dxdiag and press enter. Then screenshot each of the tabs. and post here. If you don't want to that's okay..
 

Those files are used by your graphics card. They may not delete ever, idk. Try to run it again and repost the log.
