So this is how it looks from close distance:

Have you installed a mod to make your lights bright such as RadianceV?

I've tried:

• Reinstalling ELS (v1.05)
• Reinstalling Ragehook (v0.50.1044.10171)
• Reinstalling Script Hook V (v1.0.944.2)
• Reinstalling OpenIV asi (v2.8)
• Restarting PC
• Installing a lot cars from another users
• Installing RADIANCE V (v1.8)
• Changing ELS vechicles config
• Changing Graphic quality

Try installing VisualV, as well as the included RadianceV compatibility option (core RadianceV isn't needed).

Now im reinstalling whole GTA 5 so xD ill try if this would dont work after big reinstall :V

Um. Radiance V does still work. I think you mean there are other alternatives to the modification which are completely un-needed to at least get it working, and considering his computer specs, I don't think installing MVGA would be a good idea at all.

 

@HZS, You have tried changing PostFX and Shader settings, correct? You say you changed options but don't specify which ones.
