I installed the mod ran it, I charge and turn on normally, but the map does not appear to me to police stations, please help

Make sure you have RagePluginHook and ScriptHookV.

Proving you wrong once more. ScriptHookV is not an requirement for neither RagePluginHook or LSPDFR. SHV is only required when f.ex installing ELS or any other script not related to RagePluginHook.

You need to make sure that you're launching GTA V through the RagePluginHook.exe, and make sure that LSPD First Response is loaded ingame. If it's not, open up the RagePluginHook settings (click on the settings icon left of the X mark when launching RPH), go into the Plugins tab and make sure LSPD First Response is loaded. Or, you could load LSPDFR via the Ragepluginhook console (F4 key by default) ingame and type in LoadPlugin ''LSPD First Response.dll''. And yes, include the '' marks.

Look man, I'm not sure why you're acting like this, but you're providing wrong information.  ScriptHookV is a requirement when installing LSPDFR and Rage.  Furthermore, you do not include the quotation marks when typing in the RAGE console.

Like I said, it's not an requirement, and if you look through this page http://ragepluginhook.net/Requirements.aspx, you'd see that ScriptHookV isn't on it. Even though it's not an requirement, it's still recommended to have.
As for the quotation mark, I am not entirely sure if you need to write it yourself, but it comes up on the console after pressing the tab key for choosing which plugins to load. 
Anyways, if you want to continue proving me wrong, go ahead. But do it in PM, so we don't bother others, please.

ScriptHook is NOT a requirement for Rage and LSPDFR.

 

Can you stop spreading false information?

Please stay on topic. I don't see how you are helping anyone by fighting. @Razontex @Arariel - You can both send me a PM explaining how you thought that'd be a good idea. 

the dinput8.dll that comes with LSPDFR is from ScriptHookV (and OpenIV as well), but the ScripthookV.dll is not "required". Without that dinput8.dll though, you won't be loading AdvancedHookV.asi so you won't get the populated and interactive downtown police station.

 

Anyway, if you want to use ELS, ScriptHookV is definitely required, but for just LSPDFR, I guess you could say it isn't since it's packaged with the required file.

 

Hopefully, that's confused the OP even further.
