With non-ELS, I like to play a game. The game is to see how long I can keep my car in good condition, and not damage it. From being careful in pursuits, driving carefuly, etc... And if I damage it, I reset it, which means repairing it.

I like both to be honest. Both have their ups and downs. Non-ELS can be more realistic, in terms of car damage, and ELS can be more realistic in terms of flash patterns, and reflections in the environment.

Hopefully the Illumination mod will put both at rest, with being able to have accurate flash patterns and reflections of ELS, and the vehicle damage of non-ELS; best of both worlds. :smile:

ELS always seems more fun to me, although as you said having non-ELS means you don't get constant crashes

However non-ELS cars are much more difficult to find... it all comes down to personal preference I guess

So my bro and I are saving up to buy a PC that can handle GTA V and we are currently looking at vehicles to download. So what I'm seeing here from you guys POV is that Non-ELS is more realistic, faster and less glitchy, But ES has better graphics. For a beginner PC, what should I buy?

if I may have an input ive been playing lspdfr and five m for over 3 years now let me say that els have better selections of patters where non els have one patter, els has better graphics but breaks a lot (five m) how ever non els is easer to use/install and works a lot better then els.

Non els is mostly used for fivem as ELS is super weird for fivem
