This video is a salute to MSP and thanks towards Bug's and EVI for providing them. The four CVPI shown are not available for download at this time... they're personal builds created by Bug's, requested by me and some MSP buddies. Maybe within a week or so I may upload them here for those who love MSP. Now, I have to work on getting an updated MSP Tahoe and getting an 06-08 MSP Charger.

Just one question, how'd you manage to get all those vehicles without experiencing visible texture lose? When I spawn 4 ELS vehicles, all my textures bug out and disappear.

My computers and servers are very high-end when I designed them... so that accounts for some of it. The best solution for those with high-end graphic cards is to push them to their limits, or they will be CPU bound by poor performance. So everything in iCEnhancer 2.0 is cranked to the hilt, including super-sampling and some other setting I corrected. Only time I would suffer graphic problems, if I'm rendering shi**y fraps at the same time rendering a video in the background while I'm playing GTA 4. Usually it drops 10-15fps if I'm doing all that at the same time. But yes, the key is to make your graphic card push it bounds...

P.S. Also, a good raid setup of SSDs for gaming purposes also helps.

No offense, but I hate MSP cars, just seeing that giant red "rotary" makes me rage each time. Nonetheless nice work by EVI and Bugs.

MSP cars are a love em hate em type of thing... I tend to love them you can't beat simple ;)

People like them till they get pulled over by one.

It stands out, that's more or less why I like it.

I can respect the traditional black-and-white as well, but God is that a boring design.

I like the livery, love the blue, but the "bubble" just goes on my nerves. I respect that they follow their tradition, but there's a reason why 95% of the departments upgraded to lightbars decades ago.

What I'm really curious about, though, is the sign on the hood, what is that good for?

I kinda like it tbh, its simple and not over bearing, but I'd agree, led light bars are far more better these days.

They keep them for traditions sake, the MSP quit doing roadblocks decades ago.
