New Law Enforcement Patrol Car!

Featured Replies

Hey All

Here is a Link to a New Patrol Car that has been available for maybe a couple of years now!

I have never seen any in service ✡ But out of all of it's features ✡ The interesting aspect that interested me the most (From my previous service in Law Enforcement from 35 years ago) is the Back Seat ✡ 1st of all the Back Door is a Suicide Door ✡ There by easing the entry of In Custody Suspects (Especially those who want to resist) ✡ 2nd is the Back Seat itself ✡ The Back Seat is of a Plastic Uni Design ✡ There by removing the Normal Recesses of Conventional Back Seats ✡ Officers will No Longer have to place their hands into those recesses looking for Evidence/Weapons/Injection Syringes! ✡ Would love to see Mods of this Design! ✡ Any thoughts?

It's still in development. Also, there is a mod of it here: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/7597

The E7 has been around for a while, someone even made one for GTA IV.

The concept is good, building a car specifically designed for police, however the E7 is rather expensive, moreso than the Charger, which is currently twice what the CVPI cost when that was one sale.

It costs production costs to use vehicles already in production, and then adapting them to police use, it may be less practical, but it is cheaper, and that matters to virtually all police forces right now.

No one even knows how expensive it will be. It has been announced, but is not yet in production and has not been sold to anyone.

It maybe fugly right now. But you never know in the next 20-30 years what the police vehicles are going to look like. It may look close to this E7. Really it's reality... They discontinued the Crown Victoria we really haven't noticed it because most departments still use them, but in a couple of years we are not going to see any crown Vic police vehicles still in service.
