Okay so today sme dowloads have not been working. Sometimes they cut short and I can't extract/open them at all. Others finish and do the same. Most work just fine, but many don't work. I've had a terrible day with this website having it being over capacity a lot, trying to acess from a different computer still having many issues, and locked from my acount.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who got the "over capacity" problem.

Not really a "problem" there's just too many people on.

IT gets quite annoying, have been facing these problems for a while. 

If you're seeing the over capacity problem; then this is self-evident. There's too many downloads right now and yours couldn't be processed.

That being said, if you're only seeing this on certain files, please let me know which files.

I am seeing it on random topics. Or when attempting to go to the site.

Then the issue is what Cyan has stated, too many people are currently accessing the site. The only way to fix this problem is to buy a larger server, which costs money (money G17 Media doesn't have).

Try accessing the site at a different time when less people are logged in. 

Actually you shouldn't see this on the site unless we're having issues, on downloading a file, you may see this if our download infrastructure is busy.

When this happens again, please let me know.
