I've narrowed it down to (in order of similarity):-

• Tunga
• Raavi
• Shruti
• Microsoft Sans Serif
• Kartika
• Helvetica Neue LT Pro

N.B. these are look-a-likes and this is for the 'Police Smithfield' only.

They're both Eurostile fonts. The POLICE one is Eurostile Becker Black, the other one I didn't test for but it'll likely be another one of the generic Eurostiles. Here's a picture of it in Word.

Just FYI, there are some online tools that can be used to find similar or identify a font:

It works best with images that were taken perpendicular, as opposed to on an angle.
