  1. I am having trouble getting the lights to work. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
  2. Dude... seriously, you're complaining about work someone has done and made available for free, on their own time?
  3. Whenever I try to use this, it crashes my siren mastery. :(
  4. I have a decent skin for a female LSSD officer, but it only works nicely on the shirt with no tie. What I was hoping to do was simply remove the option of the shirt with the tie from the PED files, so that only the short sleeve version would be available for use. Then I can reskin the short sleeved officer, and she'd look great. Anyone know how to do that? Here's a look at the WIP.
  5. Is there any documentation that explains what's in each file. For example, I've opened texture files in Open IV and there's three similar textures. One with the actual texture. A second texture which is sort of embossed (possibly a bump map?) and a third which is simplified and has like 4 actual colours. What's the purpose of the different types of files in the .ytd file for example. Are there any online resources that explain their purposes?
  6. Incidentally, the pen tool is also the best way to trace a foreground to delete the background. Many people use the "eraser" tool to delete the background, but it doesn't generate nice clean lines.
  7. Just FYI, there are some online tools that can be used to find similar or identify a font: https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ http://www.fontsquirrel.com/matcherator http://www.identifont.com/ It works best with images that were taken perpendicular, as opposed to on an angle.
  8. I've used this mod to make my own OPP officer mod (basically made modifications to the hat, pants, vest and shoulder patches). Would the creator be offended if I released that on LSPDFR?
This is a great uniform. I gave it 4 stars only because a couple more faces would have been great. Otherwise its top notch.

  11. I took the colour from the logo, and I thought it was too light, so I actually darkened it, believe it or not.
  12. Thanks! I've made a lot of police skins for my own use, but this is the first one I've posted. The other ones were similar to skins already posted by others.

This is a skin/texture for the Park Ranger using Martinct's Raptor. You must install Martinct's raptor for this to work. It can be found here: The Vehicle is textured in the livery of the Ontario MNR which makes it a good fit for the Toronto Mod, or any of the many other Ontario based police mods. To install you must place F150_sign_1_mnr.jpg into both the pranger+hi.ytd and pranger.ytd replacing F150_sign_1 in each.
