I am still involved however real life has priority over gaming, so I haven't been able to be active recently. And to be a dispatcher you must have a working copy of the game, as the dispatcher is actually in game.

No. Just export the original texture into any photo editing software, and edit it to all black. Then save it, and replace police_signs1, 2, 3, and 4.

Same. You were also my first. You also lead me try hard to get the money for a new pc. Start playing LCPD:FR. And make my clan. I haven't even got my pc yet. Wow this time went fast. You and me had a couple messages through YT about my clan and yours. In the end you agreed that our clans should have had a game together lol, looks like that won't happen. Anyway, have a good time in life, you seem to be pretty intelligent.
