Hi Guys i got a few question's before i install this mod!

DOES LCPDFR Require Internet Access To make it work?

If so can i have it for Offline Ussage.

I am trying to buy GTA 4 For this old computer.

Does GTA 5 ( THAT WORKS ON WINDOWS 7) have LCPDFR?

LCPDFR does not require internet to work. You can choose xliveless in the LCPDFR installer.

Post your Specs, as GTA IV is a power hungry game. GTA IV doesn't like old computers. GTA V is not out yet, so we don't know if it works on Windows 7, or if LCPDFR will even be possible with GTA V (I hope it is).

Oh i am sorry i am very dumb with gaming tool's. Will the GTA IV accept my 600 GB Hard drive on my Windows 7 PC?

And can i run it off my External?

60 gb ultra ( I AM WHIPEING THIS COMPUTER :) )

It would be able to hold it Since it has a $300.00 Hard Drive on it

The thing is, I came into computers with no idea wtf I was doing, and within days I knew just about everything from processors to software, so I don't get why people are more and more frequently on the internet with terrible spelling and asking questions that most of us learn by ourselves.

I have been with computers for a while marine and still have no clue... yeah iceyworm i have a similar laptop like you it won't work you wont have any textures in game and it will lag doesn't even include any mods but i did see a site that has some graphics patches if your interested.. i can PM you the link i have windows 7 too if you can get a very good gaming laptop or build your own laptop//desktop try to. Most computer sites will give you a lot of info about cards and motherboards. And a little note i was where you are a few months ago your not stupid or anything like that you just need to research a little bit :)

To the people calling me a idiot here I hold a degree in Computer Science. I am brand new to the Grand Theft Auto stuff though and i heard that Windows 7 does not like LCPDFR and Gta iv.

GTA 5 is coming out soon i heard there working on it no time of it coming out ( I HOPE SOON :( ).

I just wan't to know if this game can be held on my 600 GB ( 1 TERRIBITE IF NEEDED) Hard Drive. I am using a Vision. I have other computer's so I mean yah.

And for the mod its just a forum. No need to be mean and tell me ok i have not been on this forum for more then 84 hour's i plan not to use it when the game is installed ( might if there is needing feedback)

Not calling you an idiot, but if you have a degree in computer science and can't do the math that a 14gb game fits into a 600 gb hard drive, then, well...

GTAV isn't due for at LEAST another 3 months, maybe even next year.

Yeah. Again i hear that the Grand theft auto for this mod only work's on Windows XP and i mean i need to have it work on my Windows 7.

I mean i litterally googled it. Some say the Episode's are broken witch is fine because it hog's more computer space. And i am not a roll player. I bought GTA to get rid of my anger because i cant do this in real life.

Is there any FAQ on this that someone made?

ELS is emergency lighting system. It makes the car lights look better. Windows 7 works fine, I use it. GTAIV was made in 2008 and W7 made in 2009, so it works fine.

That is great to know!!!!!! Yes i just spoken to the american rockstar game's they said it is so good on it. GTA might be running in Compatability mode so that is good news i guess. And how do i get ELS? And i heard of a trainer?

?Why would it need compatability mode? ELS is here:

A trainer just does a bunch of useless crap, I don't recommend getting one.

lol. I seriously doubt that within "A few days" you knew everything about computers. If so, why do some IT related jobs require a degree? They should just hire a guy off the street, because hey! he'll learn everything in a couple of days.

Exactly, why bother. Your sarcasm is truth. I have knowledge of pretty much every piece of hardware there is ,I can put together a PC and take it back apart. I really don't see why they bother going to college other than learning scripting or code or something.

I can take apart a computer as well. But what happens when someone asks you to design a piece of software in java/C++ for a hotel booking system which needs to communicate with other terminals in the hotel as well as the hotel's website. It also needs to integrate with the tills for transactions.

What are you going to do then? Since you haven't had sufficient training at a university, are you going to just look into your very limited knowledge on PC hardware?

Also, why don't you sign up for the LCPDFR dev team?
