@PNWParksFan When i call for backup (code 2 code 3) the officers dont stay on the scene  even when I put the dismisstime at 0. I tried multiple things with the ini and it doesnt seem to work at all. Id appreciate a little  help from you to fix this  thank you!

    Got the basics working. I'll also add a submenu and option to place additional backup types on the submenu. As an example, I added a police bike option so you could specifically call one when desired:

I can't help you, sorry. But in order for people to help, you have to provide your .ini, rage log, custombackup.xml, and backup.xml files

Hello officers,

I'm trying to get a black sheriff SUV to function as a highway patrol unit (see picture)

I never worked with XML but this is what I got so far:

However, the game spawns ''normal'' sheriff SUV's when I request state patrol. Is it possible to give a color to marked police cars?

Hey PNY, Out of couriosity, have you gotten reports of people having Backup arrive randomly after calling for Code2/3 (by after i mean 2 - 5 mins after backup is used and your on normal patrol.) Back up? I cant quite narrow down the addon thats cuasing this issue, But im down to base LSPDFR, CustomBackup, and Arrest Manager.

It's entirely possible that a backup unit might get stuck somewhere, eventually get free, and then show up later - especially if they spawned further away.

Hi, I'm seeing that code 2 backup is responding with sirens ON even if I turned them off in the ini file. I'm using all ELS vehicles.

Maybe I should just put respond without sirens and lights?

That is an ELS bug. ELS does not respect IsSirenSilent setting. There is nothing I can do on my end to prevent that. You may want to set it to no sirens/lights until ELS can fix this issue.

Vehicles already randomly apply different extras when spawned, based on the vehicle configuration. You can use the extras syntax to add multiple entries for a vehicle if you want to specify all the possible variations.

They don't seem to add the extras. I called in 10 different units and none were applied. (tried this with different vehicles)

Hi, im getting costant crashes when I call for backup code 3, sometimes it crashes sometimes it doesnt.

I'm going to just make a wild guess that you may have ELS 1.0.0 and so ELS vehicles are spawning far away and then being deleted by ELS. Try upgrading ELS.

If it's an XML error in the file, the RPH log should give info about the issue.

Howdy sir, I think you got an awesome mod there. 5/5 so far.

But I got an issue. I modified the xml file you included. Ran it several times through xml validation programs. Had to adjust here and there but I finally got it right. I put a few add-on vehicles to it. Everything works fine for when I need back-up on a traffic stop or code3 back-up (on foot) at a shoot-out...but whenever I get in a car pursuit and call for back-up LSPDFR crashes. 

Could use some help with that please.

And now it doesn't detect my prisoners so I cannot call Custom back-up for PT.  Hmmm, I could have sworn it did it before. I'll try taking it out of the priority menu again.
