I suck at programming, but I had a suggestion for a callout pack.
 
Supervisor requested for:
a traffic stop domestic disturbance homicide officer down (post scene) officer complaint at police station unruly behavior at the police station  
-can have various variations of an angry ped and it's your job to see if the officer is in the right or the wrong

Don't get me wrong -- I know high speed chases are exciting, and I do enjoy them. However, every once in a while I want to play realistically and the pursuits are always immersion-breaking; car chases IRL do not actually reach 100mph all the time, after all. Plus, slower pursuits may be preferable given the limitations of the game:
It's really easy to crash your vehicle when speed is too high, especially when using a more realistic handling. It's hard to do PIT maneuvers reliably at high speeds. The AI police car drives even worse and constantly crash into other cars creating chaos. They also miss turns, crash into each other at a stop, and drive into ditches.  
Of course not everyone's definition of "realistic speed" is the same and it may also depend on play style and handlings used, etc. So I think it's a good idea to add a slider which scales the pursuit speed down, which the users can adjust (or disable).
 
I am a big fan of the pursuit style and "tracking mode" addition to the last LSPDFR update, and this will be a great complement. What do y'all think?

Marking a user as contributor gives them management access to your file, they can upload a new version, edit and see file statistics. You should add a user as contributor if you want them to be able to edit your file.
The system was designed for projects which, for example, are open source (so have or can have decentralized release policies) or are designed by a group.

Looking into this

I'm aware that there are many callouts that offer investigations such as homicide and petrol gas thefts etc. but I think that it would be absolutely amazing to incorporate more in-depth callouts that would take some time to complete. Sort of LA Noir style investigations. There's a murder and you have to question people and take leads etc. Essentially a LS Noir Callouts mod where you can take the role of a Traffic Detective, or Arson, etc. (I don't remember all of the roles in LA Noir)

In addition, I'll be making a video on how to edit files yourself if you don't want to wait for me. Don't hold your breath. I'm not sure exactly how long considering I have a full time job, a girlfriend, and a borderline unhealthy obsession for falling asleep at lakes lol

Does anyone know how to disable or change individual GTA standard xbox controller buttons, such as d-pad up arrow causing the cellphone to appear (annoying when scrolling up and down in the backup menu or on smart radio) - also the A button causing the character to duck down and the view to move in and out?

I fixed it by updating RAGENativeUI.dll, it was outdated. You can get last version from here:
