I've gotten the name 'Don't Kill' before. Was really odd before I remembered they were from the FCRP server. Anyways, as with most people I run into, Dont Kill went to jail.

Yes you did, it counts as a vehicle too. If you spawn a random vehicle using the Simple Trainer, it might happen that you end up with a cable car on the road you can't get rid of. :D

Freight trains surely have a license plate too :p

I use the RPH console so I can get rid of the cable car with ExplodeVehicle, that's a cool feature!

It works for cable cars too? Have to try that. Accidentally spawned one a while ago and ignored it as well as possible but then restarted the game because I got too annoyed of this pile of shit sitting somewhere in the desert.
