The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I just wanted to throw some praise your way for 0.3 and say thanks for all your hard work.

I've many hours in vanilla 0.3 (no mods other than vehicles) and I have to say it's exceptional. Arrests are fluid, pedestrian interactions are superb. Traffic stops, wonderful, and once I get round to installing my favorite mods, I can tell I'm going to have a lot of fun.

Bugs and glitches have been few and far between.  I did encounter one strange issue that I captured (see bellow), but on the whole, nothing game breaking!

So again, many thanks, and I look forward to your continued development. :)
