hey i was wondering if the LCPDFR mod works for EFLC. or do i just install it in the EFLC folder ??? instead of the Gta IV one...

Just install the game and update it to 1.0.7.0 patch, link is in my signature. Then download LCPDFR and run the installer. It will tell you if you are missing any of the requirements.
