That was me.  Do you use steam or disk version?  If using steam, try verifying you game files and then remake your mods folder.  After I did that, I made a folder on my desktop and copied my mods, update and x64 folders to make a backup.  I have had this issue occur a few times and used my backups to fix it, however, there was one instance where the backups didn't and I had to start the process over.

I use steam. I’ll try this probably tonight and tomorow

Hi, I am having a problem with the EUP menu saying that EUP is not installed and did what it says to do when that happens. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks.

eup menu doesnt launch or startsup via loadplugin in ragehook worked the first to times off launching game with eup now doesnt work gets the code above

IF someone could please please help me. I installed and downloaded the EUP menu and etc. After that I load the game and it says "Error law and order is not installed." If someone knows anything about this please help me in figuring out how to fix this issue.

Did you happen to have an older version of EUP installed before? If so, did you follow the steps to remove it before installing the newer version of EUP? 

 

Can you also, post your RagePluginHook log file too.

it was a brand new gta 5 directory. I had to reinstall everything

First launch OpenIV and go into edit mode, then navigate to update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday4ng > dlc.rpf and you should get a red tab that looks like this:

 

Click Copy to "mods" folder. If you do not get this option, follow these steps (In OpenIV):

1. Go to update > x64 > dlcpacks
2. Copy patchday4ng onto your desktop by dragging and dropping the folder onto your desktop
3. Navigate to (mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks
4. Delete the patchday4ng in that folder [(mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks]
5. Drag and drop the patchday4ng on your desktop into that folder [(mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks]

Hello, when i want to create an outfit, when i press enter on a pants or anything else the eup menu crash, any ideas to fix it? Also i'd like to have multiple accessoiries, can we do that? And how? 

EUP was working before, but after installing new els vehicles , new sirens, and a few callouts,  the EUP menu it instantly crashes when loaded with this:

I've tried removing the callout scripts I recently added, and it still happens. I've run the LSPDFR troubleshooter and it says there's zero errors.

I've been getting super frustrated trying to figure what the problem is and I cant find anything anywhere.

Please, someone please tell me theres a fix and you know what to do.

I'm looking for a file, I'm looking for the uniform shirt file to be exchanged, which carries the "lspd" policeman under the jacket.
from all other units (lscs, bcso, sahp) I found the date to the shirt under the jacket but at lspd I seem to be blind 
maybe someone of you know the exact location of the file
