Hey man these look awesome.. This is the only PSP livery they are using now. Every new State cruiser has this design. they went from the white, to the big TROOPER on the side, and got backlash from troopers so they sent this design out for troopers to take a poll on, and this won. Contrary to the other comment above.

Can you explain how to install it? i just need to know what to drag and drop

When i steer, the body of the car leans the wrong way, and when i excel, it acts like im breaking, any help?

Thanks for the respond, i dont know how to use a mod folder. But When i drag and drop, it says "Some files not imported, more information below. vehicles.oac(Line 16): File "vehicles\0x000E3CFA.wav" not found" What should i do about that?

So i have no clue about modding GTA sounds, i listened too the install instructions, but i get stuck at "then click select open formats". i cant find anything related too this, help would be appreciated, i can give more information if asked, thanks.

Ok, so i read EVERYTHING that you have said about the megapack, and when i follow your steps to replace the Meta (vehicle meta filesLocation: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5) in OPENIV, Update.rph is not there and it is a diff folder, i have been trying alternate routes for about 1/2 hour, and can not find the really big Vehicle Meta File, only small ones with a few select Cars. Can someone that knows what they are doing help me Via TeamViewer or some other means? And Do i really need the Vehicle Meta Files?

if i change/activate my horn/siren the AI i am pursuing drives in a straight line, help?

yes, that has happened to me, stage 3 at night will kinda work, but the lights are still VERY dim and the Addons flash on and off (IE the pushbar)

hey man, so i installed ELS 1.5 today, downloaded 1 car. Went in game, went on duty and ELS worked, but the lights were not bright.... at all, i could not see them in the day time, but at night, you could see the lights on buildings around me. but the actual light bar were very dim. I have screenshots if needed. Can someone help me solve this? Also, the add-on to the car, IE antenna and pushbar, would disappear and reaper with the lights on. HELP PLEASE.
