I did the load plugin one and it to be loaded through ragehook

It Stumps me too, it happened to me when I downloaded the RCMP Uniforms pack, But the weird thing is that it give the "Press F11 to open EUP Menu" so IDK whats happening, maybe the Author could help me. Thanks anyway.

Nope just deems I am an idiot, I had F11 as a macro instead of default. God I am an idiot.

Define "custom skins". If you mean custom NPCs, no. You would have to retexture clothing in EUP since NPC skins and EUP use completely different peds.

Well if you're using multiplayer peds, you use some sort of trainer. With regular npcs, the faces are premade so you either have to make something yourself in a 3D modeling program like ZModeler 3 or just stick with what you have.

The peds in the EUP pack are RDE-based so you should install RDE if you want EUP-like peds. There is an update coming for EUP that will make them look exactly the same with the only difference is your head that looks unique

Will you add the feature where EUP will let you to play AS or look like the Juggernauts from RDE 3.0.1?
