I had the exact same problem. I solved it by if it is a steam version I did the check the folders thingy. Then I re downloaded everything mod wise. Then in game press F8 and it should work

This question may have already been answered, but when i open the EUP menu in game it tells me that i do not have the files installed. I have checked the dlclist.xml and it does have the EUP line in it and i have checked to see if it installed the files in the DLC folder and it has, so I am unsure as to why it isn't allowing me to use the uniforms.

You mean: How do I modify my uniform textures in the mod.?

You should have EUPclothingmenu.dll and .ini and ut should be in your startup file to. Then click on F12 (bij default) and select how you look. If you want to create a custom person you should have skin controll downloaded. Whelat I do is make a custom model for eup and then save it on skin controll. If you nees help creating a custom with skin controll, I will be happy to help you.

Try reinstalling it. Use the installer (.oiv). It helped for me.

I have also tried cleaning up my GTAV folder and reinstalling RageHook directly form the website, but it doesn't work. Is there any other option than reinstalling the 63 GB game? Cause I already had to reinstall it yesterday and I dont wanna do it again.

Idk, it happened after installing EUP but I might have fixed it so I'm going to redownload LSPDFR now and see if it works again.

Not sure if anyone posted this already but the skin clips through the majority of the Long Sleeves. I tried numerous arms but either a little bit of skin was clipping through, or a ^$&# ton. Also the balaclavas clip through the face aswell. Anyway to fix either one?

It's already known since I first implemented the long sleeves shirts. No, it's not fixable without advanced tools.

Your face will clip through balaclavas if it goes beyond the limit of the balaclavas limits. In GTA online what rockstar did was secretly change your head shape to avoid clipping. Maybe in the future will have the function implemented in the menu. But I can't be sure about it.

It still didnt work I get in a game and it says eup is not installed

I'm having a problem installing EUP 7.2, it gives me an error during the installation. Then I tried EUP 7.1 it worked fine without any problems.  I even reinstalled openIV still not working. I attached the screenshot and error code in .txt file. Please help.

Cant change the hair color, what do I do? It wont change, just stays either green or pink
