so the game will load, And RPH will load as well but as soon as i try to load any plugins gta5 and RPH will crash. thanks in advance

so as the title says my gta 5 will run fine as long as I load RPH after i load gta 5 and starting today RPH will no longer load any plugins without a CTD, whether I try to load 1 plugin at a time or try to reload all plugins, it will CTD. I have also included my most recent RPH log any help would be gladly appreciated RagePluginHook.log

This question may have already been answered, but when i open the EUP menu in game it tells me that i do not have the files installed. I have checked the dlclist.xml and it does have the EUP line in it and i have checked to see if it installed the files in the DLC folder and it has, so I am unsure as to why it isn't allowing me to use the uniforms. Thanks for any help you can give.
