'Notifications' Never Loads

Featured Replies

Trying to press the bell and view notifications gives me the loading spinner forever. Upon trying to "View All Notifications" I get a 500 server error.

P.S. Yes, I cleared my cookies. This has been stuck like this for over a month now, thought it was related to the site issues, guess not.

lol

Have you tried a different browser? I'm currently having no issues with it on Chrome.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

Currently using Chrome. Tried it on Firefox, no dice as well.

Have you tried logging in and out, doing so would kill and then start your session again so could possibly resolve your issue. This is just a guess though, it may not work.

No change.

Not sure what I'm supposed to do here, I have no way of reading notifications and they're piling up.

I'm taking a look into this. It may be the case we have to open a bug report with our forum software vendor, but I'll let you know.

Thanks.

Now recieving error code  EX0  when trying to View All Notifications, just an update. I sent an error report as well if that matters.

Still using Chrome?
I saw this topic, and just tried on Chrome. It's working fine for me

May or may not work, but try clearing your cache? One other thing I can think of that I do when I have problems in Chrome with any website.

I am still using Chrome, it's still not working. I cleared my cache, as I normally do, no good. I've tried FireFox and get the same result.

It's related to my account is all I can guess.

Hey I have had the same problem viewing my notifications for over a week now. I was hoping the issue would eventually fix itself but it still hasn't. Whenever I click on the little bell in the upper right corner to preview my notifications, it never loads them. I tried clicking to view the whole notifications list in a new window but just get a blank page... And yes, I've cleared my cache and cookies multiple times, logged in and out and used a different browser, which gave me an http:500 error when I tried to view all notifications. I also sent Sam a message about this but haven't gotten a response yet...
