Just please promise you'll fix (not optimize) the template in the future. It's ridiculous to use the same location for two different areas or just not mark objects [like spotlights].

His CVPI has an Arjent and an MX7000, I assume they combine to make 18, then add the gill.

All 20 lights are used by an Arjent?

Here's a few bugs I've seen...
Lightbar glass becomes tinted Half the lightbar is broken A lot of lights flash red and white Lightbar has blue and reds on the same sides Dirt is messed up Arjent model seems unfinished Looks like template is off, as some white from a skin bleeds into the grill And some suggestions...
You're missing any front lights Missing rear window's LAPD traffic advisor set-up. If it's a patrol unit it shouldn't have a push bar (unless you want a traffic unit).  
Rear set-up flashes like...
