The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I loved LCPDFR on GTA IV, so I picked up GTA V for PC and installed RAGE Plugin Hook and all that stuff. I have encountered a issue where I will enter the police station, get a character, get vehicle, and it will spawn me in my car, like normal. Except I do not receive call outs, and can't blip vehicles and pull them over. It's like I have the permissions of a civilian, but am on duty. I can hear the faint talking of the dispatcher on the radio, as you would hear as Franklin, Micheal, etc. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, as I can't enjoy the mod without being able to receive callouts.  :wacko:

Hello there - Welcome, and thanks for trying out LSPDFR. We require all members to read the provided ReadMe and User Documentation before getting support. Please keep in mind that this is a beta version of LSPDFR - we cannot guarantee that all issues have been resolved. 

You can find the user manual in your LSPDFR Download folder. If you still have questions after reading the User Documentation, review the LSPDFR FAQ; http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/51162-lspdfr-frequently-asked-questions/. 

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

  • The plugins folder should contain the following; 
    • LSPD First Response.dll
    • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Make sure you have the latest RagePluginHook: http://ragepluginhook.net/ 

Please do so now and return to this topic when this is done and do the following;

  • Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
  • Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.
  • State what solutions you have tried.
  • State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)
  • Post the RagePluginHook.log in a spoiler tag (Please be courteous and only include the relevant information).
  • Include as much information as possible.
  • Post your system specifications. You need to meet the required system specifications for the mod to work properly. 
  • Post what other mods you are using. 
  • Post a screenshot of your GTA V Game directory.

Make sure your notifications are set to on in the in settings.

We require a log file that Ragehook generates to pinpoint the issue. One thing you should try though is, to turn down your game settings, many people with a similar issue has been fixed though that.

Post your system specs.

Sounds like when you select your vehicle and supposed to go on duty, it fails to do so. Could be a load memory problem meaning its not loading weapons and registering you on duty fast enough.

Ok here ya go.  Try this.

STEP ONE:

On your Rage Hook Plugin.exe  right click and Run as Administrator

STEP TWO: 

HOLD DOWN SHIFT

STEP THREE:

wait for the Rage Hook Menu to appear.  I think this is what is happening.  The Rage Hook is not loading LSPDFR at all.  SO do this

STEP FOUR:

Look at the "Plugin Tab Menu"   Select "Load all Plugins"

Press OK or Exit

Let it load

Once loaded, go to nearest police station and press E to go on duty.

If it worked then great.  If that did not work then do the below instructions

While in game

Press F4  Make sure you can see the Rage Hook console.  If you can do the following, to make sure that LSPDFR is loading correctly.

In Rage Hook Console type  this.

Load >  Press TAB  it will finish the sentence for you with LoadPlugin.   Then Type LSP >  Press TAB again and it will finish with LSPD First Response.dll  Press ENTER

It should load the LSPDFR 

Now literally run and Jump, While in mid air hit your F9 key.  It will reload the LSPDFR yet again and your model of your officer will change.  now try and see if you can pull people over with Shift.  Arrest someone with gun and press E.

IF THAT DID NOT WORK DO THIS:

literally download the newest Script Hook V,  LSPDFR 0.2b,  RageHook Plugin.   INSTALL IN YOUR GAME DIRECTOR IN THAT ORDER.

    Your welcome and get ready for some really nice pleasant suprises.  There is Night / Day difference with your CPU and GPU.  You just wait.  It feels sooooo good
