Actually like the on screen text menu. Being new to LCPDFR I dont know all the key commands so its nice for me to see them on screen.

Can't you press SHIFT + TAB to bring up the controls?

yea shift tab brings up the controls menu in RC2 but i was referring to the new text menu in the RC3 vids.

Some of the other posters had mentioned if it was going to be removed or could be hid so I was throwing my 2 cents in.

This modification needs Rank system. More peapol u arrest bigger your rank better weapons. Cars... More option at work. ... Need Captain in HQ, missions like patrol the area.Find Red Stoled Sultan . Or Something like that. Or stop thief from houses. Find murder. I have many ideas for to do this mod more realistic...

I have tried but I'm talking about like in the the earlier versions of LCPDFR.

That would take way to long to implement...

This looks very very very cool! But I think peds should run faster when you're pursuing on foot. I mean, if the criminal gets out of the car and start fleeing on foot he could run much faster so the foot chase would have much fun

It's a feature of the next release. He's a tester.

Im absolutely sure there will be a readme... That we wont read because we're too excited... So we'll figure it out as we go! As for GTA 5, I look at it like this. LCPDFR has practically become its own game, I doubt the devs would scrap it just because GTA 5 comes out. Its like scrapping mega man because metroid came out! Do not fret!

Why Are You Typing Like This Lol?

Us members don't know when it's coming out. It may not even come out for us, and instead, they'll focus on releasing the next version to us.

Only time will tell.

I assume and or hope they wait till the last patch to put up LCPDFR so the patches dont break the Mod.

When I first saw this and saw that it was posted on April 1st, I was a little skepticle that it might just be a April Fools prank, but seeing as the topic has continued I guess it's legit.

They have the right to release it when and if they want too. RC just stands for Release Candidate, so for all we know it could be a Tester only version, remember RC2 was only released to us due to a tester who could not keep a lid on it.

*EDIT* Also guys remember 0.95 is on Feature Freeze meaning they will not be adding anything new, only improving on what they already have. So asking them to change the system is not going to happen till they get this version ironed out.

The biggest thing I am looking forward to in this mod is the way the AI's chase after the suspects in pursuit and how they don't try to ram them off the road. It looks awesome :D
