Hello, So I am trying to install new vehicles for LSPDFR through OpenIV and for example I will download a police model but it won't give any direction on where to put it in OpenIV so how would I know where to put it?

Best thing you can do is look up a tutorial on youtube, check out Jeff Favignano's tutorial, most recent one I've seen

You could read the readme that comes with the mod? It's really simple and the instructions are usually simple.

As alex said, readme's are what you want to look in. They are your best friend when you do this type of modding. It does take learning,but you will get it. I did.
