ELS features real world light patterns from Whelen Engineering, Federal Signal Corporation, Code 3 , Feniex, and SoundOff Signal. I think there are enough patterns to cater your needs. it's more than ELS IV. Also, the hide-a-way system alone will have over 30 patterns to select from. ( Halogen, Strobes, and LED patterns. ) Lastly, I have not had 1 single crash yet by using ELS. I can tell you that this platform provides more stability than GTA IV ever could.

To be honest, it surprises me that you get 15 FPS. Also, an SSD will not improve your performance. It will only make the game load up faster.

Getting a SSD will not give you more FPS it will just load thing's faster.

It's a HP laptop.
Don't expect to get good performance with a HP laptop.

At this time there are only 3 people on the ELS Testing team Me, PoliceWag & GravelRoadCop aka DrunkPolice. Those people have been selected by Lt.Caine him self for certain purposes in the development of ELS.

Reminds me of the London Bombings, several connected attacks on the public transportation route, but terrorist attacks in peaceful and tranquil Belgium, can't believe it. Just freaks me out when I think about innocent and unsuspecting people being killed at random...

He rips from everybody it seems.

Not only that, he frequently rips lightbars from F5544's vehicles (which he knows about now, and intends to take some sort of action against it). He constantly tells people that hes the maker of scripts that don't exist, or scripts that others own.  Like all of you have said, he's a point blank liar, and persoanlly I hope sometime in the future someone takes legal action against him for some of the things he claims as his own.

I've recently read multiple posts about a YouTuber who I'd once come across a couple months back. His name is DoctorGTA, Doctor GTA, or one of his other 3 something channels. The only reason for this post is to bring attention to those people who don't know what all he's been lying about. It includes multiple things such as:
 
Lying point blank to his subscribers and viewers to make himself appear cool Ripping things from peoples models, telling them they will be released, and then later saying something about how it got corrupted. ELS- This is the biggest thing and lie he's been tossing around. I recently called him out on it under my LSPDFR Gaming channel, I went about this professionally directly using a statement from one of the Developers/Testers of ELS (Bxbugs). Bugs said in short that: DoctorGTA does not have ELS, nor will he ever be welcome to join the "Testing Team" for ELS. (He replied to me saying fine, I'll make a video about the truth). Claiming certain things as his own (that aren't his and he knows it) I'm not making this to bash him, nor be a prick towards him. However I feel the community does have a right to know what this man is actually about, and up to.
