March 26, 201214 yr I haven't noticed them running the lights more when you have someone with you. As far as the game goes sure you can stop them but if they have warrants you can't arrest them (as you already have one subject in custody). Standard policy at most departments is that you would not stop a vehicle with a prisoner in your vehicle, what if the car you stopped: shoots at you, takes off, etc. Are you using traffic flow?
